Celebrating 10 years of the Ubud Writers & Readers Festival, Bali, Jan Cornall presents a collection of songs, poems and stories penned during her travels in Indonesia in the past decade. Jan's works are accompanied by the wonderful whimsical paintings of the Indonesian artist Jumaadi.

Many of these love-song-poems about people, places and the complexities of cross cultural relationships, have been spoken and sung (acapella - archipela) at different times to intimate audiences at literary festivals in the Asia Pacific: Ubud Writers Festival, Utan Kayu Literary Biennale, Darwin's Wordstorm, Braidwood's Two Fires Festival, St Kilda Writers Festival, Hong Kong International Literary Festival.

Launched with a cabaret performance at Ubud Writers Festival, Oct 2013 and the Bowery Poetry Club in New York in July 2014.

' Jan Cornall's witty and playful book takes you on a tour of the sights and sounds of Indonesia via a map of the heart.'
